Objectives
The objective of this Working Group is to inform regulators, policy makers and the general public about the background, objectives and progress of public research in agricultural biotechnology. For this reason position and briefing papers on key issues in public research in agricultural biotechnology are produced and circulated to different audiences, such as regulators, policy maker, scientists, industry, public interest groups, public authorities and the media to reach the broader public. The aim of these papers is to provide accurate and balanced science based information and to advance the public debate about key topics.

PRRI briefing paper on the Cartagena protocol on Biosafety
PRRI briefing paper on the EU GMO regulations
